Junior Church                                           

Toddlers (ages 2-3), Beginners (ages 4-5)

   This ministry is a lot more than watching and caring for children during the morning worship hour. It is a time of reinforcing the teaching during Sunday School. We have varying activities that include singing, Bible lessons, table work, snack time, and play. Your child will learn that Jesus is not only the Son of God, but God Himself. They learn that He cares for them, and that they can relate to Him through the Word of God and prayer. It is a directed plan of learning that builds a great foundation for pre-school years of spiritual development and how to share with others.

   Our workers are asked to minister one Sunday a month. This can be either a husband and wife team or a team of two ladies. If you want a rewarding ministry, investing in a child’s life, perhaps this is something God would have you do.

   They hear us pray for them regularly that they may come to know Christ at an early age.

Grades 1-3

   The Junior Church program is a regular  Sunday morning ministry for the children in first grade through third grade. It emphasizes the Word of God and its relevance to the everyday life of children. Music and crafts also play an important part of this ministry. Children remain in the sanctuary with their parents through the preliminary part of the morning worship service before they are dismissed to attend Junior Church. Qualified and dedicated adults lead the Junior Church program for the children.
