Guestbook for Darren Rood & family
Dear Friends,
Please pray for Darren Rood and his family. Darren has been diagnosed with a form of Leukemia known as APL. He will begin immediate treatment. Doctors have told Darren that he should expect to remain in the hospital for 5 weeks while receiving treatment. Afterwards, he will continue to receive outpatient treatments for an indefinite period of time. According to doctors, the success rate of treatments for APL is very high. We are grateful to God for His faithfulness and for His provision to supply every need. Your prayers are greatly appreciated.
We will have further updates available in the future. You may sign our guestbook or leave a greeting for Darren, Isabel, and Bryan.
Thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement.
Cards may be sent to:

Dear Praying Friends,
We are so grateful for all the love, encouragement, and faithful prayers of God's people. Truly, God is a God Who hears and answers prayers.
Last Sunday morning, my wife and I had prayed that the Lord would do something so great that only He would get the glory from it. Not even fifteen minutes later, the doctors came in and said they couldn't believe how much my counts had come up. They decided to do a bone marrow biopsy on Monday, and when the results came back, the doctors said that there were no abnormalities in my blood. I asked the doctor what that meant. She said that I was in remission and that I could go home the next day. Glory to God; this is something that only He could do! Even one of the nurses said she had been working at the hospital for over a year and a half, and she had never seen anyone go into remission after just three weeks. God is the Great Physician, and we trust that He will continue to heal me.
Please continue to pray for us. We still have a long road ahead of us, but we know that God is still on the throne, and He is in control. 6.04.09
