AWANA Ministry                                     

   Tabernacle hosts an Awana Club on Wednesday evenings from Fall through Spring. It begins at 6:30 p.m. and concludes at 8:00 p.m. The Cubbies (ages 3-5 yrs.), the Sparks (K-2nd grade), and T&T "Truth and Training" (grades 3-6) make up the Awana program.
 

There are three sessions in each club meeting:

   1. Handbook Time: When children say and study verses.

   2. Council Time: When children are challenged with lessons
       from the Word of God.

   3. Game Time: When the children play and exercise the rules
       of good sportsmanship
 

   Each club has it's own uniform and clubbers may earn badges and rewards for learning Scripture verses and answering questions related to those verses. All leaders are trained and qualified through Awana International to work with children. All children are welcome.
